"Al-Mustaqbal Festival Week for Sustainability"
His Excellency Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, has forwarded "a Letter of Thanks & Appreciation" to Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and all University Employees, blessing the unstoppable work that has led to achieving such Success in this Great Event, wishing Continuous Offering in serving our Beloved Iraq.
For his part, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, has expressed in a Statement released to the University Media, His Sincere Thanks & Appreciation to His Excellency the Minister for this gesture, which undoubtedly constitutes an incentive for more offerings, emphasizing the need to move ahead in order to achieve the University’s Vision, Mission and Objectives. Thus, the University shall be always at the forefront with the enthusiasm of its Members and Students so as to practically embody the University Slogan "Towards a Sustainable University", and this shall be implemented by adopting many promising Initiatives in various fields.
It is remarkable to note that Al-Mustaqbal University has organized "Al-Mustaqbal Festival Week for Sustainability" during the period 17th – 22nd February, 2024, under the Slogan
"Climate Changes and Future of Generations"
It has been under the Guardianship of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research, with the participation of many Local as well as International Universities, in addition to Companies, Civil Society Organizations, and an Official and Popular attendance of Recognized Personnel.
There is no doubt that the Festival has been the largest Qualitative Event in the Field of Sustainable Development in Iraq, in which the most important challenges facing the World in general and Iraq in particular, represented by Climate Change, have been the focus of many Events, including Green Education Conference, a large number of Product Exhibitions, Scientific Research, Patents, and Dialogue Sessions, as well as the opening of important Projects and Research Centers.
