Under the Guardianship of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Women Empowerment Division, and in cooperation with the Student Activities Department, has organized a Ceremony on the Occasion of International Women’s Day, which coincides on 8th March of each year. During the Festival, many Creative & Pioneering Women at Al-Mustaqbal University have been honored, in addition to honoring Female Teachers at the University coming from the Arab Republic of Egypt.
It is worth noting that the Celebration has included several Artistic and Cultural Activities where the University has emphasized the importance of Women having an Effective Role in building a Solid and Integrated Society, and therefore Women shall be empowered in all areas of Society.
Finally, we should keep in our mind that in all occasions and festivals, in which celebrate and honor women, we do focus at the UN Sustainable Development Goals, especially, SDG 5: Gender Equality.
