We would like to note that Prof Dr. Thaer Rasheed Al-Matar, Chairman of the University Scouts Committee at the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, has participated in the Activities of Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week, that has been organized by Al-Mustaqbal University under the Guardianship of His Excellency Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, Minister of Higher Education & Scientific Research.
During one Session of the Festival, Prof. Dr. Thaer Al-Matar has delivered a Lecture on the Effect of Scouting on the Achievement of Sustainable Development Goals, in which he has demonstrated the important role of University Life and the Scouting Activities in enhancing knowledge and understanding so as to create the greatest amount of awareness among Students in the various fields of Scouting that would undoubtedly have positive effect on Sustainability in the Iraqi Society.
