Under Direct Guidance of Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, we would like to note that Dr. Tariq Jawad Kadhim has participated in the Third Arab Forum entitled
“Active Institutional Promotion to Achieve Sustainable Development Goals”

It is remarkable to note that the Forum has lasted for three days, convened in the Emirate of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, with the participation of a High-Level Ministerial Delegation and a number of University Academics as well as Senior Decision-Makers representing Iraq, all along with other Arab Countries. This Forum however comes as a result of the urgent need to develop Institutions, especially in the field of Sustainable Development, keeping in mind that Universities are deemed the main pillar in addressing all problems related to Sustainability, specifically those regarding Environment and Society.
It is worth noting that the Forum Attendees have highly appreciated the Role played by Al-Mustaqbal University, which notably has been Ranked First among Private Universities in the National Sustainable Development Indicators for the Year 2023, in addition to being recognized in other vital aspects, including Research, Events and other Activities.
Finally, we are obliged to note that Al-Mustaqbal University has been the only Private University from Iraq to participate in this Forum, and thus reflecting its interest in enhancing cooperation with Arab Universities as well as continued participation in Regional Forums that focus on finding solutions to the problems of Sustainable Development.
