Part of the Strategic Program of Al-Mustaqbal University, and in implementation to the Directives of its President, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, which mainly aim to achieve Sustainable Development Goals, the University has hosted a Voluntary Initiative entitled
"Coding for Kids"

It is remarkable to note that the Initiative has been organized in cooperation with the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research as well as Asiacell, and it has been focusing on empowering Generation Alpha (kids born between 2010 & 2025) with Programming and Artificial Intelligence. It should be noted as well that the Initiative includes visiting 18 Iraqi Governorates where kids of the aforementioned ages are being targeted for the purpose of providing them with the necessary skills required for Future Jobs.
Currently, the Initiative has comprised 20 Participants, with equal number of males and females, who will be efficiently trained on these skills.
