We are obliged to note that the Second Course Activities of Leadership Initiative that lasted for five days was concluded on Thursday 14th September 2023.
It is remarkable to note however that a variety of Activities have been conducted during the Initiative, including Training Courses, Dialogue Sessions and Workshops with the participation of Speakers specialized in the Field of Business Leadership where these issues have been widely discussed, comprising Management of Project Plans, specifically those related to small and micro ones, in addition to challenges, financial solutions and discussion of Trainees Projects.
For his part, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, has emphasized that Leadership Initiative is a unique experience of its quality, which aims to develop the capabilities of young people, spreading awareness among them on the concept of Business Leadership, and encouraging meanwhile all types of innovation.
On the other hand, Ms. Rusul Sattar Badr, Head of Rehabilitation, Recruitment & Follow-Up Division has clarified that the University has been always keen to include large numbers of trainees in these activities so that they can be easily involved in the Labor Market, and thus reducing local rates of unemployment.
