Under the Sponsorship of Al-Mustaqbal University, 10th Babylon Festival for International Cultures & Arts was launched on Monday Evening 1st May 2023 in the Ancient City of Babylon with a Slogan saying

“We are all Babylonians”

It is considerable to note that the Festival has been attended by Assist Prof. Dr. Munthir Fadhil Hassan, Vice President of Al-Mustaqbal University for Administrative Affairs.
We should note as well that the Festival has witnessed the participation of many personalities, including Authors, Poets, Artists and other Scholars from different countries comprising Canada, Egypt, Morocco, Tunisia, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Algeria, Iran, Oman, Palestine, Turkey, Spain, Germany, Bahrain, Lebanon, in addition to dozens of distinguished names in Poetry, Narration, Drama and Plastic Art from Iraq.
The Festival has also included organizing Exhibitions for Books & Arts, Readings of Poetry, Literary & Cultural Symposiums and Artistic, Musical as well as Theatrical Performances that are held in more than one place in Babylon Governorate.
Finally, we are obliged to confirm that the Festival has aimed to create a Vision that collects all Aspects of Culture & Arts into one Form that leads to effectively achieving the required objectives.
