On Sunday 15th January 2023, Al-Mustaqbal University College, represented by its Dean, Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, concluded a Scientific Cooperation Agreement with Al-Qasim Green University, represented by its President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Gati’ Al-Awadi. The agreement has included the promotion of Academic and Research Development.
It is remarkable to note that a Delegation representing Al-Qasim Green University, headed by its President, has paid a visit to Al-Mustaqbal University College for the purpose of signing the Agreement.
In his speech during the Signing Ceremony, Prof Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi has expressed his impressions, saying that they look forward through this agreement to achieving Cooperation & Exchange of Experiences to develop the Educational and Research Process, and thus meeting the Strategies of the Ministry of Higher Education & Scientific Research, especially with the existence of Human Resources and Infrastructure in the two Universities, which undoubtedly ensure the conduct of Joint Research, Studies and Laboratory Experiments as well as the Exchange of Advice and Scientific Expertise between them. The Dean adds that this Agreement will open horizons for Role Integration, reflected positively on the two Institutions in Global Rankings.
For his part, President of Al-Qasim Green University has expressed his deep gratitude to the Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College for the warm reception and hospitality, clarifying that the reputation of Al-Mustaqbal University College on both National and International Levels, in addition to its high indicators in Research give special and high dimensions to the current Agreement, which includes items that shall undoubtedly serve both Parties, and meanwhile contributing to the realization of the Government Program. He has also emphasized the vitality of benefiting from local expertise and marketing on behalf of our Researchers at the level of Publishing & Supervision, confirming the fact that concluding more of these Agreements shall create an integrated model, and chart a path for Cooperation in the interest of developing Public and Private Universities.
Prof. Dr. Fadhil Farhoud, Head of Cultural Relations Unit at Al-Mustaqbal University College, stated that the Agreement, which has been concluded as per the directives of the Ministry, does ensure that the two Parties perform joint research, exchange Graduation Projects Supervision, in addition to providing Scientific as well as Research Advice. Besides, both Parties should benefit from Laboratories & Libraries, carrying out various Scientific Activities.
