Under the guardianship of Prof. Dr. Hasan Shakir Majdi, Dean of Al-Mustaqbal University College, and Supervision of Dr. Waleed Khalid Abdul Hadi, Rapporteur of Physical Education & Sports Sciences Department, a Typical Lesson of Physical Education has been delivered by the Department Students, in which they have applied what they have learned of Teaching Methods on a group of Swimming Academy Players.
Such activity aims to achieve a number of objectives, including
- Attaining experiences that graduates shall require later when teaching at schools, especially during field application periods.
- Graduates of Physical Education & Sports Sciences Department could be Coaches, referees, in administrative positions, physical therapists, or teachers, and this mainly depends on specialization and experience. Accordingly, organizing a series of practical activities is highly required.
- Students should learn how to conduct a physical education lesson with various sports activities.
- Raising awareness among people about the importance of sports in their lives, especially for younger generations. It is remarkable to note that sports exercises in general do stimulate and activate the human body cells.
- Introducing the cultural landmarks of our city.
- Establishing a positive psychological status towards what is published in the Media.
