It is considerable to note that the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control has granted Ms. Noor Haidar Abbas, an academic at Al-Mustaqbal University College, Department of Medical Physics a Patent Certificate for manufacturing shields that are anti-bacterial and protective of radiation, made from Nano-Composite Materials. These shields are indeed of low cost with very high efficiency.
It should be noted that this work has been implemented in cooperation with a number of academics at the University of Babylon.
