The signing ceremony and accompanying discussions were attended by Professor Dr. Qusay Al-Ahmadi, the Iraqi Cultural Attaché in the United Kingdom. The British delegation included several distinguished academic and administrative representatives: • Professor Elizabeth Allen, Deputy Pro-Vice-Chancellor for International Relations and Head of the Global Engagement Academy at the University of Reading. • Professor Keiichi Nakata, Professor of Social Informatics and Director of the Informatics Research Centre at Henley Business School. • Mr. Alex Boughton, Director of Global Engagement and Executive Assistant to the Director of External Relations. • Ms. Irem Ozsoy, Senior Regional Manager for International Student Recruitment. Prospects for Joint Cooperation The signed Letter of Intent aims to establish new avenues for scientific, academic, and research collaboration between the two institutions. Scholarships and Student Support: Discussing the provision of scholarships and tuition discounts for students. 3.
