Under the Patronage of Al-Mustaqbal University and the Guidance of the Technical Engineering College Deanship, the Building and Construction Engineering Technologies Department Organizes a Scientific Visit for Second-Year Students to the Structural Building of the Martyr Mohammed Sadiq Al-Sadr Shrine in Najaf Al-Ashraf
As part of its efforts to connect theoretical knowledge with practical and applied experience, the Building and Construction Engineering Technologies Department organized a scientific field trip for second-year students to the Shrine of the Martyr Mohammed Sadiq Al-Sadr (may God bless his soul) in Najaf Al-Ashraf. The visit aimed to provide students with an opportunity to examine the structural framework and observe the various stages of project implementation firsthand, with the participation of the department’s teaching staff and personnel.
The visit aimed to enhance students’ engineering skills and enable them to observe structural construction details and engineering execution methods in a real-world setting. This experience contributes to developing their academic expertise and bridging the gap between their specialized studies and practical field applications.
This initiative aligns with Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to supporting scientific and field-based activities. Furthermore, the visit contributes to advancing the University’s implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, and SDG 4: Quality Education.
