On Tuesday, October 20, 2026, AL_Mustaqbal University held a training workshop titled "The Electronic Survey Platform at AL_Mustaqbal University." Organized by the Measurement and Evaluation Unit in collaboration with the Continuing Education Center, the workshop aimed to introduce the platform and demonstrate how to use it for creating electronic surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and ultimately enhancing academic and administrative performance and the quality of institutional operations. The workshop covered the processes for creating and managing electronic surveys, as well as how to utilize them to gauge the opinions of stakeholders and evaluate educational services. It also highlighted the importance of leveraging digital technologies to support assessment and continuous improvement—aligning with the university’s strategic direction toward digital transformation and the development of a robust quality management system.
