On October 6, 2026, the Department of Chemical Engineering and Petroleum Industries held a workshop titled “Preparing for the Start of the Academic Year,” under the supervision of Prof. Muhammad Ali Sayhood, with the participation of the department’s students. The workshop addressed the necessary preparations for the start of the new academic year, discussed the most significant shortcomings and challenges that arose during the previous academic year, and focused on addressing and overcoming them to help improve academic performance and enhance the educational environment. The workshop also emphasized the importance of punctuality, time management, and active participation in lectures and academic activities, as well as fostering a sense of responsibility and discipline among students. The workshop is part of the department’s efforts to welcome the new academic year with a positive spirit and to strive for a more successful and distinguished academic year.
