Al-Mustaqbal University demonstrated a distinguished international presence through the participation of its President, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, in the proceedings of the 12th International Workshop on UI GreenMetric World University Rankings (IWGM 2026), held at Trier University of Applied Sciences – Birkenfeld Environmental Campus in the Federal Republic of Germany, under the theme “Advancing Sustainable Campuses through Governance, Digitalisation, and Integrated Performance.” At the conclusion of the workshop, the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, was presented with a prestigious certificate of appreciation in recognition of his active participation and distinguished representation of the University. This recognition further supports Al-Mustaqbal University’s prominent position as the First Private University in Iraq and underscores its continued commitment to implementing global standards of sustainability and advancing academic and environmental development.
