A number of lecturers from the Department of Media at the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University have successfully completed a specialized training course on the Bologna Process, following the Department’s inclusion in the implementation of this international academic framework. The step aims to enhance the readiness of faculty members to meet the requirements of the new educational system and keep pace with contemporary developments in higher education practices.
The training course included the following faculty members:
• Assistant Lecturer Sarah Hakim Faneekh.
• Assistant Lecturer Duaa Razzaq Abbas.
• Assistant Lecturer Abdulrahman Abbas Abdulrahman.
• Lecturer Dr. Munther Ali Ahmed.
The lecturers’ participation in this course comes as part of the Department of Media’s preparations to implement the requirements of the Bologna Process and enhance faculty members’ knowledge of the academic and administrative mechanisms associated with it. This contributes to developing the educational process, improving the quality of academic outcomes, and organising study hours in accordance with approved standards.
The Department of Media at Al-Mustaqbal University reaffirms its strong commitment to qualifying and developing its faculty members and preparing the necessary requirements for transitioning to modern educational systems, in line with the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research to develop the university education system and enhance the quality of academic education in Iraq.
