Demonstrating its commitment to strengthening the quality system and elevating institutional performance, the College of Education at Al-Mustaqbal University participated in a specialized in-person workshop hosted by the University of Baghdad (Al-Hakim Hall) titled: "Clarifying the Operational Mechanism for Performance Evaluation Forms for the 2025–2026 Academic Year." The College was represented by Assistant Lecturer Amal Mohammed Jaber—a faculty member and the College’s Quality Representative. This participation reflects the College's dedication to staying abreast of the latest instructions and mechanisms regarding performance evaluation and ensuring the precise implementation of evaluation requirements in accordance with approved standards and protocols. The workshop provided a detailed explanation of the procedures for using the performance evaluation forms for the 2025–2026 academic year. It outlined the regulations governing the evaluation process, as well as the mechanisms for data entry, documentation, and indicator calculation, all aimed at standardizing workflows and ensuring the accuracy of results. This participation aligns with the College of Education’s strategic direction to embed a culture of quality and continuous improvement and to raise awareness regarding performance evaluation requirements. Such efforts enhance academic and administrative efficiency while supporting the College’s drive to meet quality and academic accreditation standards.
