Al-Mustaqbal University signed a cooperation agreement with Akad Gate Company for the training, qualification, and employment of Iraqi workers, with the aim of developing the skills of students and graduates and enhancing their professional readiness. The agreement comes as part of the University’s efforts to strengthen partnerships with private-sector institutions and align educational outcomes with labor market needs. The agreement focuses on implementing training, scientific, and practical programs, specialized workshops, and joint seminars that contribute to enhancing students’ and graduates’ professional and soft skills, qualifying them in line with labor market requirements, and opening broader opportunities for them to obtain suitable professional positions. The University was represented at the signing ceremony by the Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision, Professor Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, in the presence of the Director of the Department of Cultural and International Relations, Dr. Samir Badrawi, and the Director of the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division, Professor Dr. Iman Abdulaziz. Akad Gate Company was represented by its Authorized Managing Director, Ms. Jinan Adel Makki, in the presence of the Director of Research and Development, Mr. Mustafa Jalil, and Mr. Mohammed Saad from the Media Department. This agreement is part of Al-Mustaqbal University’s efforts to expand its engagement with the labor market and transform academic knowledge into practical skills, thereby enhancing the competitiveness of its graduates, supporting the development of sustainable career pathways, and contributing to the preparation of qualified professionals capable of making an effective contribution to development and community service.
