The Quality Assurance and University Performance Department at Al-Mustaqbal University held a specialized workshop on the instructions and mechanisms for evaluating the university performance of its personnel for the 2025–2026 academic year, in accordance with the updated ministerial forms. The workshop was held as part of the university’s strategic vision aimed at promoting a culture of quality and institutional excellence and advancing the educational system. The workshop addressed the latest approved instructions and regulations governing the performance evaluation process, in addition to clarifying the practical mechanisms and procedures for implementing the updated ministerial forms. This contributes to achieving fairness, transparency, and a high level of accuracy in performance evaluation, while fostering a culture of continuous development within the university environment. The workshop was delivered by Dr. Riyadh Hamid Salman, Director of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, alongside Ms. Zainab Latif Wahab, Head of the Institutional Performance Evaluation Division. They provided a detailed explanation of the evaluation components, newly introduced instructions, and implementation mechanisms, with extensive interaction and discussion among the attendees. The workshop was attended by a number of department heads and quality assurance officers from the colleges and departments.
