Dr. Qasim Al-Mousawi, a lecturer in the Department of Media at the College of Arts and Humanities at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the television program “Al-Muntada,” which addressed the role of universities and their vital contribution to promoting scientific and intellectual knowledge in society.
During his participation, Dr. Qasim Al-Mousawi emphasized that Iraqi universities are capable of benefiting from the sciences of Imam Ja’far Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him) by engaging positively with his manuscripts that have been translated and published by universities around the world. He highlighted the importance of making use of this well-established scientific and intellectual legacy and incorporating it into contemporary academic and research fields.
The lecturer in the Department of Media explained that engaging with manuscripts and studies related to the sciences of Imam Ja’far Al-Sadiq (peace be upon him), particularly those translated and published by international universities, could effectively open new horizons for Iraqi researchers and universities and strengthen the presence of this intellectual heritage in contemporary academic studies.
This participation comes within the framework of the continuous presence of Al-Mustaqbal University’s teaching staff in intellectual and media programs and events, and their active contribution to presenting and discussing scientific, cultural, and academic issues that serve the educational movement.
