The President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majid, chaired an expanded administrative meeting to follow up on the university’s readiness and compliance with the requirements of the Ministerial Committee for Education and Academic Programme Establishment. The meeting was attended by Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Prof. Dr. Abbas Al-Bawi, along with the directors of the relevant administrative departments and units, including the University Council Secretariat, the Department of Administrative Affairs, Projects and Construction, the Legal Department, and Human Resources. The meeting included a comprehensive review of all essential requirements and provisions to ensure the highest standards of quality and academic and service performance. The first محور focused on reviewing the readiness of infrastructure, classrooms, modern laboratories, and logistical and engineering facilities to accommodate new physical and technical expansions. The second محور addressed the follow-up of academic and administrative staff and the completion of all recruitment and academic qualification plans in accordance with approved standards for human resources and staffing. The third محور focused on reviewing the regulations and instructions governing the establishment of new academic programmes and ensuring the provision of all student-support facilities and services in legal and student-related matters. During the meeting, the President of the University emphasized the importance of coordinated efforts among all administrative and technical units to complete assigned tasks with the highest level of accuracy and within the specified timelines, thereby strengthening the position of Al-Mustaqbal University and supporting its leading path of academic expansion and continuous institutional development.
