Minister of Higher Education Directs Universities to Award Five Marks for Critical Cases Among Non-Final-Year Students

As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's commitment to supporting students and taking their academic circumstances into consideration, the Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Mousawi, has directed the councils of Iraqi universities to award five marks to address critical cases among non-final-year students for the current academic year. This directive aims to provide appropriate academic remedies that help students overcome academic challenges while ensuring compliance with the applicable regulations and instructions, and maintaining the quality and integrity of the educational process. The Ministry affirmed that this decision reflects its continued commitment to supporting students and fostering an educational environment that enhances their opportunities for success and academic excellence.
