He highlighted the importance of addressing the spread of water hyacinth due to its significant environmental and water-related impacts, including obstructing water flow in the Euphrates River and irrigation channels, affecting the efficiency of water facilities, and consuming large quantities of water resources.
He further emphasized that addressing environmental challenges, particularly those related to water resource protection, requires collective cooperation among governmental institutions, universities, civil society organizations, and community members. He noted that Al-Mustaqbal University places great importance on promoting environmental awareness and encouraging volunteer work as essential pillars for achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.

This participation reflects the students' sense of national responsibility and their active role in serving the community.
Al-Mustaqbal University continues to implement its environmental and community initiatives, guided by its vision that a modern university is not only an institution for education and scientific research, but also a key partner in achieving sustainable development and a platform for preparing a conscious generation capable of contributing to environmental protection and community service.
