Professor Dr. Mazen Hadi, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University, chaired an expanded meeting of the Examination Committee staff, attended by committee members and administrative personnel, to review the progress of the ongoing examination process and discuss key organizational and academic matters. The meeting included a comprehensive review of examination procedures and the mechanisms adopted in managing committee work, in addition to discussing marking and auditing processes and the procedures for documenting results to ensure the highest standards of accuracy, transparency, and fairness in student assessment. During the meeting, Professor Dr. Mazen Hadi emphasized the importance of adhering to approved examination regulations and working collaboratively to ensure the success of the examination process and maintain a high-quality academic environment that enables students to perform at their best. The participants also discussed a number of observations and proposals aimed at improving performance and enhancing organizational procedures, while stressing the need for continuous daily monitoring and the prompt resolution of any challenges to ensure the smooth conduct of examinations.
