The Deanship of the College of Health and Medical Technologies announces the designation of Sunday of each week as a fixed موعد for conducting official interviews with students, under the supervision of the Dean (Assist. Prof. Dr. Zahraa Halim Al-Qayyim) and with the participation of the Scientific Assistant (Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Adnan Al-Khafaji). The interviews will be held at 11:30 AM in the Operations Room Hall on the ground floor, aiming to follow up on students’ affairs, listen to their needs, and address the issues they face. The Student Affairs and Registration Division, in coordination with the Dean’s Office, will organize interview records and document cases through periodic reports to ensure proper implementation and to submit the outcomes to the University Presidency in accordance with official procedures.
