As part of its ongoing support for creative talents and encouragement of student participation in artistic activities, the Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Mazen Hadi, honored a group of Design Department students who took part in the “Sustainable Spaces” exhibition, held on April 15, under the supervision of Dr. Esrar Samander.
The recognition was presented in appreciation of the students’ efforts and their artistic contributions, which reflected innovative ideas and contemporary perspectives aligned with sustainability concepts. The exhibited works demonstrated a conscious application of design in addressing environmental and aesthetic issues.
During the ceremony, the Dean praised the students’ outstanding performance, emphasizing the importance of such participations in refining their skills, enhancing their practical experience, and linking academic learning with real-world artistic applications.
He also highlighted that the College of Fine Arts places great importance on supporting artistic initiatives that contribute to preparing a creative generation capable of offering innovative visual solutions grounded in cultural and artistic awareness.
For their part, the honored students expressed their gratitude for this supportive gesture, affirming that such initiatives serve as a strong motivation to further develop their skills and engage in more artistic experiences.
