An awareness seminar titled “Social Responsibility and the Individual’s Role in Sustainable Development” was held on campus, aiming to enhance students’ awareness of their role in serving society and actively contributing to achieving sustainable development. The seminar was delivered by Engineer Hadeer Hossam Hashem on April 22, 2026, as part of ongoing educational and awareness initiatives. The seminar addressed several key themes, focusing on the concept of social responsibility and the impact of individual behavior in supporting environmental, social, and economic sustainability. It also highlighted the importance of volunteer work and youth initiatives in creating positive change. This seminar aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 17: Partnerships for the Goals, by promoting collaboration and community engagement. This initiative reflects the university’s commitment to preparing a conscious generation with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of contributing effectively to building a sustainable and balanced society.
