As part of awareness activities aimed at promoting mental health, a brochure titled “A Day Without Stress” was distributed by Assistant Lecturer Maryam Ghassan Ghaffar and Engineer Aya Talib Hassan on Monday, April 20, 2026, with the participation of a number of students.
The activity aimed to raise awareness about the importance of reducing stress and psychological pressure that students may face in their academic life, by providing practical tips and guidance to help them manage stress and improve their mental well-being. The brochure also focused on simple and effective methods to promote relaxation and achieve a balance between study and daily life.
This initiative aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 3: Good Health and Well-being, by supporting mental health and enhancing students’ quality of life.
The activity received positive engagement from students, who showed interest in the awareness content and its importance in helping them better cope with daily stress.
