As part of the activities of the Educational and Psychological Guidance Committee in the department, Engineer Aya Talib Hassan organized a guidance seminar titled “The Importance of Summer Training in Building Skills” on Monday, April 20, 2026, with the participation of several students. The seminar aimed to highlight the vital role of summer training in developing students’ practical skills and enhancing their readiness for the job market by providing hands-on experience, improving communication and teamwork skills, and linking theoretical knowledge with practical application. The seminar also addressed the importance of making effective use of the summer break and selecting training opportunities that align with students’ تخصص, contributing to strengthening their professional abilities and building a promising career path. This seminar aligns with the Sustainable Development Goals, particularly Goal 4: Quality Education and Goal 8: Decent Work and Economic Growth, by supporting youth skill development and preparing them for efficient integration into the labor market. The seminar witnessed positive engagement from students, who showed great interest in training opportunities and their impact on developing their skills and enhancing their professional future.
