As part of the College of Nursing's commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to enhancing the scientific competency and clinical skills of its students, fourth-year students from the Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing Department conducted their practical clinical training at Merjan Teaching Hospital, under the supervision of faculty members. The training included a field tour to review the nature of psychological and health services provided to patients, as well as learning psychiatric evaluation mechanisms. It also focused on developing students' therapeutic communication skills and strengthening their ability to interact professionally and empathetically with patients, following modern evidence-based nursing practices. This field activity aims to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical application, equipping students with the necessary clinical experience to fulfill their nursing roles efficiently and deliver comprehensive healthcare that addresses patients' psychological, physical, and social needs.
