As part of its commitment to promoting academic dialogue and addressing recent economic and financial developments in Iraq, the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University announces a specialized scientific workshop entitled “Depreciation of the Iraqi Dinar: Between Economic Gains and Social Costs” The workshop will be held under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, with the participation of distinguished academics and experts specializing in economic, financial, and monetary affairs. The workshop aims to examine the economic and social implications of Iraqi dinar depreciation and explore the effects of exchange rate adjustments on the public budget, citizens' purchasing power, and price levels.
