As part of its efforts to strengthen its academic and research presence at international scientific forums, the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University actively participated in the Third International Conference, entitled “Knowledge Integration Between Applied and Human Sciences for Sustainable Development and Addressing the Challenges of Digital Transformation.” The conference was held at Baku Eurasian University in the Republic of Azerbaijan from 21 to 23 September 2026, with the participation of distinguished researchers, academics, and representatives of universities and scientific institutions. The college's presence was distinguished by the diversity of its contributions, which included the presentation of scientific research papers and the chairing of academic sessions. This reflected the active engagement of the college's faculty members and their contribution to discussions on contemporary issues related to sustainable development, digital transformation, administrative sciences, accounting, finance, and banking. The college was represented by Assist. Prof. Dr. Izz Al-Din Hassan Kadhim, Head of the Department of Accounting, presented a scientific research paper within the conference themes. He was joined by Dr. Ali Mohammed Hussein Al-Fartousi, a faculty member in the Department of Accounting, who presented a research paper and chaired one of the scientific sessions held as part of the conference activities. Also participating was Dr. Zain Al-Abidin Abboud Kadhim, Rapporteur of the Department of Financial and Banking Sciences, who presented a scientific research paper and chaired one of the conference’s scientific sessions. His participation provided an opportunity to contribute to academic discussions and exchange perspectives and expertise with researchers and participants from various universities and academic institutions. This participation is particularly significant given the important role of international conferences in providing platforms for scientific interaction, knowledge exchange, and engagement with the latest research trends in sustainable development, digital transformation, management, accounting, finance, and banking. Such events also contribute to expanding opportunities for cooperation and strengthening academic and research networks among scholars and institutions. The participation of faculty members from the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University represents a continuation of the college's efforts to support scientific research and encourage its academic staff to actively engage in international conferences and scientific events.
