Al-Mustaqbal University held a preparatory meeting for the 11th Women’s Sports Conference, scheduled to take place on October 10–11, 2026, to discuss the scientific and organizational preparations for the conference and review the work of the committees responsible for its organization. The meeting addressed the conference themes, the number of submitted research papers and participants, procedures for receiving and evaluating research, as well as a range of organizational and technical matters related to the committees’ work and the requirements needed to ensure the successful implementation of the conference and the achievement of its academic objectives. The meeting was attended by Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of the Scientific Affairs Department; Prof. Dr. Mazen Hadi Kzar, Dean of the College of Fine Arts; Dr. Saad Fattah Al-Alam from the Arab Republic of Egypt; and Asst. Instructor Sarah Abdul Razzaq Mjbil, Quality Officer at the College of Fine Arts, along with a number of faculty members from various scientific departments of the University. The meeting is part of the ongoing scientific and organizational preparations for the conference and aims to strengthen coordination among the participating committees and academic disciplines, contributing to the organization of a high-quality scientific conference that highlights key issues related to women’s sports and supports the exchange of academic research, expertise, and experiences in this field.
