As part of its efforts to expand its network of national partnerships and strengthen integration with state institutions, Al-Mustaqbal University hosted Dr. Hussein Ali Dawoud Al-Gartani, Director General of the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology at the Ministry of Planning, during a visit aimed at exploring prospects for joint cooperation and ways to further develop it. The visit was held under the guidance and follow-up of Prof. Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, President of Al-Mustaqbal University, and with the participation of Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences. The visit reflected the University’s commitment to strengthening institutional cooperation and connecting academic expertise with the needs of government institutions and the requirements of administrative development. The visiting guest was received by Prof. Dr. Mundhir Fadhil Al-Dulaimi, Assistant President for Administrative Affairs; Prof. Dr. Muzaffar Sadiq Al-Zuhairi, Director of Scientific and Academic Supervision; and Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, along with a number of department directors from the University Presidency. The visit included an extensive meeting that addressed several areas of mutual interest and explored mechanisms for activating the cooperation agreement between Al-Mustaqbal University and the National Center for Administrative Development and Information Technology. The discussions aimed to open broader prospects for cooperation in administrative development, digital transformation, capacity building, training, and professional development. The meeting also discussed the importance of utilizing the academic capabilities and institutional expertise of both parties to implement programs and initiatives that contribute to improving administrative performance, strengthening the principles of quality and governance, and keeping pace with the digital transformations required by modern administration. The visit reflected Al-Mustaqbal University’s commitment to building effective partnerships with state institutions that extend beyond traditional forms of cooperation and establish sustainable institutional relationships based on the exchange of expertise and knowledge, while supporting national development and capacity-building efforts. At the conclusion of the visit, the guest toured a number of University facilities, where he reviewed the advanced educational environment and infrastructure provided by Al-Mustaqbal University to serve its students and staff. He also attended part of the activities of the Al-Mustaqbal Festival for Persons with Disabilities, organized by the Department of Student Activities under the patronage of the University President.
