Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences Receives Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate in Babil and Discusses Prospects for Joint Academic Cooperation

Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences at Al-Mustaqbal University, received Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji, Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate – Babil Branch, on the morning of Saturday, August 29, 2026, during an academic visit aimed at strengthening institutional communication and opening broader prospects for joint cooperation in scientific, research, and academic fields. During the meeting, a number of issues of mutual interest were discussed, particularly ways to build effective partnerships between the Iraqi Academics Syndicate and the College of Administrative Sciences, contributing to the advancement of the academic process and strengthening the standing of university academics. The two sides also exchanged views on scientific and research programs and activities that could provide a common foundation for future cooperation. Both sides emphasized the importance of expanding channels of communication between academic institutions and the Syndicate in a manner that enables the development of high-quality initiatives serving faculty members and researchers, contributes to enhancing the university environment, and strengthens the role of academics in scientific and societal issues, based on the important role played by universities and academic elites in building a knowledge society and supporting the development process. On the sidelines of the visit, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi accompanied the college's guest on a field tour that included a number of the college's facilities and examination halls. During the tour, the Head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate observed the conduct of the second-round examinations on their first day and reviewed the level of organization and the procedures adopted to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination process and provide an appropriate environment for students. Professor Dr. Mushtaq Talib Al-Khafaji praised the efforts of the Deanship of the College of Administrative Sciences and its academic and administrative staff in organizing the examination process, as well as the educational and academic environment provided by the college. He also commended the distinguished academic standards of the college and its role in preparing specialized professionals and supporting the advancement of higher education and scientific research. For his part, Professor Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi welcomed the visit of the head of the Iraqi Academics Syndicate—Babil Branch, emphasizing that the college views communication with academic and professional institutions as a fundamental pillar for exchanging expertise and developing university work. He highlighted the College of Administrative Sciences’ commitment to building effective and sustainable institutional relationships that serve faculty members, students, and society while strengthening integration between academic work and professional institutions.
