As part of the continuous follow-up of the educational and examination process and the College’s commitment to providing students with the best possible academic and organizational environment, Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, Dean of the College of Administrative Sciences, inspected the progress of the second-round examinations on their first day. During his field tour, he reviewed the regularity of the examinations and the smooth implementation of procedures across the academic departments and examination halls.
The inspection included monitoring students’ entry into the examination halls, compliance with examination regulations and instructions, and the overall level of organization. The Dean also reviewed the availability of the necessary requirements to ensure the successful conduct of the examinations, enabling students to take their exams in an appropriate environment characterized by calmness, discipline, and fairness.
During the tour, the dean emphasized that examinations represent an important stage in students’ academic journey and that their success is not limited to organizational aspects alone. Rather, it is closely linked to upholding the principles of integrity, objectivity, and equal opportunity, reflecting the quality of the institution’s academic performance and its commitment to maintaining rigorous university standards.
Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi also followed up on the work of the examination committees and invigilators, emphasizing the importance of dealing with students in accordance with the approved regulations and instructions and responding appropriately to any needs or emergency situations in a manner that ensures the smooth conduct of examinations and provides students with suitable conditions for completing their tests.
This field inspection reflects the College of Administrative Sciences’ commitment to ensuring that the examination process remains an extension of its approach to quality, discipline, and academic governance. It also strengthens students’ confidence in the educational institution and reaffirms the college's commitment to providing a supportive university environment that encourages academic success.
At the conclusion of the tour, the Dean expressed his appreciation for the efforts of the heads of academic departments, examination committees, faculty members, administrative staff, and all supporting personnel for their contributions to organizing and ensuring the success of the second-round examinations.
