Professor Dr. Mazen Hadi Kazar, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at AL-MUSTAQBAL University, the Administrative Assistant, and a number of the college’s academic staff have received participation certificates from the IDUBA Platform, launched by the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, as part of the programs dedicated to qualifying and developing university leaders and academic staff in the field of scientific research. The participation reflects the College of Fine Arts’ commitment to supporting academic and professional development programs and enhancing the capabilities of university leaders and academic staff. It also contributes to improving research performance and keeping pace with contemporary developments in scientific research methodologies and requirements. The participants benefited from the training and professional development programs provided through the IDUBA Platform, strengthening their academic and research skills and supporting the higher education sector’s efforts to establish a knowledge-based environment that promotes innovation, continuous learning, and professional development. The College of Fine Arts emphasized that obtaining these certificates represents an important step in its ongoing academic development efforts and reflects its commitment to investing in its scientific and academic competencies. Such initiatives contribute to enhancing the skills of its staff and align with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s efforts to develop higher education and scientific research and improve academic performance and quality.
