Among the memorable moments that reflected the College of Administrative Sciences’ commitment to its students during the previous academic year was a meeting held by the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Haider Ali Al-Dulaimi, with a group of students. The meeting formed part of his continuous efforts to maintain direct communication with students, address their concerns, and encourage their active role in supporting newly admitted colleagues. During the meeting, the Dean encouraged the students to welcome new students arriving at the Central Registration Department of Al-Mustaqbal University and to assist them in integrating smoothly into university life. Students were urged to introduce freshmen to the College’s academic departments and educational programs, answer their questions, and help them develop a strong sense of belonging from the very beginning of their academic journey. The dean also emphasized the importance of informing newly admitted students about the career opportunities available through the college's academic disciplines in both the public and private sectors. He highlighted the role of these programs in preparing graduates equipped with the knowledge, skills, and competencies required by today's labor market, thereby enhancing their academic success and future professional prospects. This meeting reflected the college deanship's commitment to building strong channels of communication with its students and its belief that students are essential partners in creating a supportive university environment characterized by cooperation, teamwork, and mutual respect—an approach that contributes positively to the quality of education and the overall university experience.
