The Department of Business Administration at the College of Administrative Sciences, Al-Mustaqbal University, continues to implement its summer training supervision program through field visits conducted by faculty members to government institutions, public organizations, and private companies where students are undertaking their practical training. The visits aimed to monitor students’ attendance and commitment at their training sites, observe the nature of the tasks and responsibilities assigned to them, and evaluate the practical knowledge and professional skills they are acquiring. The supervisory visits also strengthened communication with the host organizations, contributing to the continuous improvement of the training experience and ensuring the achievement of its educational objectives. The Department emphasized that the summer training program represents a fundamental stage in preparing students for their future careers. By providing direct exposure to real workplace environments, the program enables students to gain valuable practical experience, develop essential managerial and organizational skills, and enhance their readiness to successfully integrate into the labor market upon graduation.
