As part of the College of Administrative Sciences' commitment at Al-Mustaqbal University to strengthening practical learning and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and professional practice, faculty members from the Department of Accounting continue conducting field visits to the institutions and organizations hosting students participating in the summer training program. These visits are intended to monitor the progress of the training program and assess students’ commitment, attendance, and professional performance. The visits included direct meetings with representatives of the host organizations to review the nature of the tasks assigned to the trainees, evaluate their level of engagement, and ensure their regular attendance. This continuous follow-up helps achieve the objectives of the summer training program while enhancing the practical skills and professional competencies required for successful integration into the labor market. The department emphasized that these field visits form an integral part of the college's strategy to provide an effective training environment that prepares highly qualified accounting graduates equipped with both sound academic knowledge and valuable practical experience. This approach reflects Al-Mustaqbal University’s vision of advancing the quality of higher education and strengthening graduate outcomes through experiential learning.
