College of Engineering Technologies Students Showcase Fourteen Innovative Smart Projects Through the Future Innovators Program at Al-Mustaqbal University

Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Professor Hassan Shaker Majdy, the College of Engineering Technologies participated in the "Future Innovators" program, organized by the University's Technology Incubator. Through this initiative, the College's students contributed to the development of 14 innovative projects and smart digital platforms as part of the Innovation Camp and Project Incubator, demonstrating their scientific excellence and creativity in technology and digital transformation. Students from the Computer Engineering Technologies and Building and Construction Engineering Technologies departments developed projects spanning Artificial Intelligence (AI), Cybersecurity, Internet of Things (IoT), Industrial Robotics, Smart Education, Digital Healthcare, and Digital Transformation, addressing the needs of multiple sectors through innovative technological solutions. The completed projects and platforms include: Smart Virtual Mouse – An AI-powered computer vision system that enables hands-free computer control through hand gestures. Cyber AI Puzzle – An interactive AI-based educational platform designed to enhance cybersecurity skills. Smart BioLab – A smart platform for managing educational and research laboratories and analyzing laboratory data. Interactive Engineering Mind – An engineering education platform utilizing AI and interactive simulation to enhance design and analytical skills. Aqari Iraq Platform – A comprehensive digital platform for real estate management and marketing, supporting digital transformation in Iraq's real estate sector. Next-Gen Cyber Music – A project that applies Artificial Intelligence to music production, analysis, and digital creative applications. PhishAware – An intelligent system for the early detection of phishing attacks and the promotion of cybersecurity awareness. Babylon Cyber Defense Academy – A specialized training platform for preparing qualified professionals in cybersecurity and digital defense. SOCMini – Cyber Security Operations Center for SMEs – A compact cybersecurity operations center providing smart threat monitoring and incident response solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises. An Intelligent IoT-Based Industrial Robotic Workcell with Edge Computing for Real-Time Material Handling and Environmental Safety Monitoring – An intelligent industrial robotic system integrating IoT and edge computing for automated material handling and real-time environmental safety monitoring. Smart Autonomous Cart – An autonomous smart cart powered by Artificial Intelligence and IoT for intelligent transportation and material handling. Advanced Smart Teacher – An AI-driven educational platform that personalizes learning content, analyzes student performance, and enhances teaching quality. Future Care Smart Platform – A comprehensive digital platform for managing smart healthcare services and patient records securely and efficiently. Smart Vaccine Platform – An intelligent platform for vaccination management, appointment scheduling, health record tracking, and decision-support reporting. Dr. Musaddaq Maher Abdul Zahra, Director of the Technology Incubator at Al-Mustaqbal University, emphasized that the "Future Innovators" program represents a practical model for empowering students to transform their ideas into innovative projects with scientific and practical value. He noted that these initiatives contribute to digital transformation, serve the community, and strengthen the culture of innovation and entrepreneurship among university students.
