Under the direct guidance of the Dean of the College of Engineering, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Shakir Majdi, the Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs, Dr. Ali Kamel Kareem, conducted a field visit to the examination committees across the academic departments to review the progress of their work and monitor the implementation of procedures related to the final examinations. The visit included reviewing the progress of grading and result verification, while emphasizing the importance of accuracy, transparency, and timely completion in accordance with the regulations and instructions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the university, ensuring that results are announced within the specified timeframe. The Vice Dean for Scientific Affairs also stressed the importance of continuous coordination between the examination committees and the heads of academic departments, and of making every effort to complete all technical and administrative requirements related to the issuance of examination results.
