As part of its commitment to ensuring the smooth conduct of examinations in accordance with the highest academic and organizational standards, the Deanery of the College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University carried out direct field supervision of the examination committees during the current examination period. The follow-up included reviewing the procedures adopted by the examination committees and monitoring both manual and electronic marking and auditing processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and fairness in evaluating students’ performance and awarding grades according to approved regulations. The Deanery also reviewed examination question samples to verify their comprehensiveness, clarity, and compliance with academic curricula and ministerial standards. In addition, attendance records were examined, and the availability of logistical and service requirements within examination halls was assessed to provide students with a suitable examination environment. The Deanery emphasized that these field visits reflect the college’s dedication to enhancing the quality of the educational process, upholding academic integrity, and ensuring a fair and transparent examination system that contributes to achieving academic excellence.
