As part of the active scientific presence of Iraqi academic institutions on the international stage, Professor Dr. Mazen Hadi Kazar, Dean of the College of Fine Arts at Al-Mustaqbal University, participated in the International Conference on Intelligent Systems and Digital Applications (ISDA’26), held from April 14 to 15, 2026, in Settat, Kingdom of Morocco. Dr. Kazar took part as a member of the conference’s Technical Program Committee, where he actively contributed to the evaluation of submitted research papers, relying on his academic expertise and rigorous scientific reviewing methodology. His role significantly enhanced the quality of research outcomes and ensured the academic integrity of the presented works. The conference organizing committee expressed its high appreciation for Dr. Kazar’s efforts, praising his academic commitment and valuable contributions to the success of the peer-review process, reflecting the distinguished status of Iraqi academic competencies in international forums.
