Under the kind patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, Prof. Dr. Hassan Shakir Majdi, and as part of its commitment to supporting students’ scientific development and practical skills, Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications at Al-Mustaqbal University organized a scientific workshop for students of the Department of Artificial Intelligence Sciences. The workshop aimed to enhance students’ technical knowledge and develop their practical skills in artificial intelligence and its modern applications. The workshop included scientific and practical explanations of artificial intelligence technologies and their role in developing intelligent solutions. It also highlighted the importance of applying theoretical knowledge to the development of practical applications and projects, thereby enhancing students’ analytical thinking, creativity, and technical problem-solving skills. The workshop provided students with an opportunity to participate in discussions, ask questions, and exchange ideas and suggestions. This interaction encouraged active scientific engagement and helped students strengthen their ability to work with modern technologies and keep pace with rapid developments in artificial intelligence. This activity is part of the ongoing efforts of Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications, under the direction of Prof. Dr. Mehdi Abadi Manaa, to provide a supportive educational and practical environment for students, strengthen collaboration between the Center and academic departments, and encourage innovative student projects that apply artificial intelligence technologies to real-world challenges. The workshop aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 9: Industry, Innovation and Infrastructure, through promoting practical education, developing technical skills, and encouraging innovation.
