Al-Mustaqbal Energy Research Center highlights a significant scientific contribution by one of its research team members, Dr.Saif Jamal AT Al-Mustaqbal University along with an international research team, titled: "A real time simulation of rule-based energy management system for PV array and battery bank using OPAL-RT with ARTEMIS technique" The paper has been officially published in Unconventional Resources by Elsevier (ScienceDirect), indexed in Clarivate / Web of Science. Research Overview & Impact: The study addresses one of the critical challenges in solar PV and microgrid systems: real-time energy management and optimal power distribution between photovoltaic arrays and battery storage systems. Using the advanced OPAL-RT real-time simulation hardware integrated with the ARTEMIS technique, the researchers developed and validated a robust rule-based energy management system.
