Babylon – Media Center The Social Protection Department in Babil Governorate, under the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs, has highly commended a newly conducted social and scientific study titled: "The Relationship Between Place of Residence (Rural vs. Urban), Academic Achievement Among Students, and the Influencing Factors." The department emphasized that the research provides invaluable insights and significant data that directly benefit practical and field operations. The distinguished study was co-authored by a select group of academic researchers, led by Professor Dr. Mahdi Abandi Mane (Director of the Al-Mustaqbal Center for Artificial Intelligence Applications), in collaboration with Asst. Lect. Evan Madhi Hamza, Dr. Rasha Hussein Jouda, and Asst. Lect. Hasan Abdul-Ameer Hasan. According to the official letter issued by the department, a thorough review of the study revealed that its findings deliver substantial scientific value and rigorous data. Consequently, the department confirmed that these results will be practically utilized to enhance and develop work mechanisms within its Social Research Division. It is worth noting that this continuous scientific and research contribution further cements the prestigious standing of Al-Mustaqbal University, which officially ranks First among private universities and colleges in Iraq, continuing its leadership by supporting research movements and integrating artificial intelligence and modern technologies to serve society and various state sectors.
