Under the patronage of the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and supervised by the President of AL_Mustaqbal University, Professor Dr. Hassan Shaker Majdi, the 4th International Al-Mustaqbal Sustainability Week 2026 is set to launch as one of the leading scientific events in the field of sustainable development. The event will take place from April 12 to April 15, 2026, at the university campus in Babylon, Iraq, starting daily at 9:00 AM, with wide participation from academics, researchers, and experts from both local and international communities. The week aims to promote awareness of sustainability concepts and highlight the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), while providing a platform for sharing expertise and showcasing innovative research and projects that contribute to a greener and more sustainable future. The program will feature a variety of activities, including: • Scientific conferences and specialized seminars • Training workshops • Exhibitions of projects and innovations • Panel discussions on sustainability challenges This event serves as a key platform to strengthen collaboration between academic and research institutions at both national and international levels.
