Under the patronage of the President of Al-Mustaqbal University, the Quality Assurance and Academic Performance Department organized a workshop entitled “Mechanism for Evaluating the Performance of University Staff for the Academic Year 2024–2025”, as part of the university’s efforts to enhance quality practices and meet accreditation standards.
Dr. Riyadh Hamed Salman, Manager of the quality assurance Division , delivered a lecture on evaluation mechanisms and performance criteria, while programmer Zainab Latif Wahab presented the evaluation process and the technical support provided to departments.
The workshop witnessed active participation from deans, vice-deans, heads of departments, and quality officers, who emphasized its role in fostering a culture of excellence and institutional performance within the university.
