The Al-Mustaqbal University delegation continues its active presence on the second day of the GSDC 2025 conference in Istanbul.** **As part of its continued participation in the activities of the Global Sustainable Development Congress (GSDC 2025), organized by Times Higher Education, the delegation of Al-Mustaqbal University maintained its active and distinguished presence on the second day of the conference, held in Istanbul, Turkey, from June 16 to 19, 2025.** The second day began with a unique **“Wellness Zone”** health session by The Chinese University of Hong Kong, followed by a series of official opening sessions featuring high-level speeches from government representatives and decision-makers, most notably the **Deputy Minister of Industry and Technology of Turkey**, the **Minister of Education of Northern Cyprus**, and the **President of the Turkish Higher Education Council**. The activities of the **summer training program** for engineering college students continued at the **Future Center for Energy Research**, where the **second lecture** was held under the title: **"Inverter and Battery Capacities and Their Role in Solar Systems."** 🛠 The lecture was delivered by **Engineer Israa Mohammed Hassan** and **Engineer Mohammed Faleh Hadi**, who provided a detailed explanation of the types of inverters used in solar energy systems and the mechanism for selecting the appropriate capacity according to the nature of electrical loads. They clarified the difference between single-phase and three-phase systems (1-phase and 3-phase), and the specifications of each type in terms of efficiency and durability.
